By accessing or using Dealophant ("the Service"), You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If You do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. "Consumer Quest LLC" ("Dealophant," "We," "Us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

Dealophant is a search aggregator and calculator. We do not sell products. Our Service retrieves product information from Amazon via their Product Advertising API and calculates an estimated "Price Per Unit" to help You compare value.

Amazon Affiliate Disclosure

Dealophant is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When You click a product link and make a purchase on Amazon, We may earn a commission at no additional cost to You.

3. Disclaimers

A. The "Math" Clause

We do not guarantee the accuracy of these calculations. Product titles and descriptions are often inconsistent, and our parsing algorithms do their best to extract unit counts. Always verify the actual price and quantity on Amazon before purchasing. We are not liable for any financial loss due to inaccurate calculations.

B. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with our infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercialize any data or results from the Service without Our written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All code, algorithms, design, and content on Dealophant are the intellectual property of Consumer Quest LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or content is a material breach of these Terms and will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CONSUMER QUEST LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
